At Big Mike's Smokehouse, we believe that great barbeque starts with great ingredients. That's why we source only the best quality meats, locally whenever possible, and use fresh, natural ingredients in our rubs, sauces and sides. We also believe in the power of slow-smoking over 100% Hickory wood, which gives our meats their signature flavor and tenderness.
